Economic Impact Studies: Martin Associates has been conducting economic impact studies for the Maryland Port Administration and the Port of Baltimore since 1988 with updates in 1990, 2001, 2003, 2007, 2011, and 2015. Cruise impact studies were also done as part of several of these studies.
